What's New in v6.01c.109 released on 8/4/2016
This is a major release for FreightWare for Brokers. The entire system has been updated with a new look and feel, keeping the same great features you know plus new enhancements!
Screen Sizing - Although this is not a new feature, we have changed the sizing style. To maximize your screen size, double-click on your company name in the main menu. Double-click again to return to normal size.
E-Rate Confirmation - When you select the E-Rate Confirmation option when sending your rate confirmation to your carrier, a link will automatically be included that the carrier can click on to Accept or Decline your load online. Their acceptance will trigger the load to a Dispatched status. A confirmation email will be sent to both you and your carrier whether accepted or declined.
Today's Picks and Drops - Need to see what is picking up and delivering today? Select Past to see what is left from before today, select Future to see what is after today. Right-click on any pickup or delivery to open the master bill or do a stopoff check call to complete the stop and remove it from the list.
vSeekerâ„¢ Integration - With our new release of vSeekerâ„¢, our customer online tracking portal, you can now have visibility to see who is registered in the Customer Contacts tab in FreightWare. Send invitations to new customer contacts or deactivate existing registered users.
Enhanced Customer Notes - Tag your Customer Note with a Customer Contact and view all of those notes for that Customer Contact in the Customer Contacts tab.
Menu Options - Some of the menu options have been renamed but still open to the same functionality you have now. The names should now be more generic and clear to their purpose.
Start Screens - Master files such as Customers, Carriers, Vendors, etc., now all open with no results. Enter one or more filter criteria at the top of the screen and click Search to find the records that match that criteria.
Formatted AdHoc Reports - After generating an adhoc report as usual, select the Report option to output your adhoc query in a report style format.
Margin Ranking Reports - The Reports option has been enhanced for the Margin Ranking Reports to reduce the number reports down to 2. Now you have the choice of detail or summary, but now with filtering and sorting options that give you more choices to get you the report you need.
Auto-PDF Invoice - There is a new switch available, PDFARInvOnPost that, when turned on, will automatically generate a PDF copy of your Invoice and attach it to the Freight Bill. This functionality is available when posting individual Freight Bills or batch posting.
Dispatcher Mobile App - Available at the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Monitor your loads in progress, add new loads, send E-Rate Confirmations, or check call existing loads. Contact Artronix for your free 30-day trial.
