What file format do I need to import Comdata purchases into FreightWare?

ComData provides two differnt file formats that can be imported into FreightWare. Please consult with your ComData account representative to determine which file fomat is available to you. The file formats are called:

• Standard Fuel Layout VIA MOTRS
• Standard Fuel Via Connect Mailbox FM00001

Both files are 384 character fixed-width files. After downloading this file rename it with a txt file extension and then use the appropriate import specification in the Data Import Wizard to import the file contents into Fuel Account Management.
