How do I create new FreightWare Online users?

Follow these steps to create new FreightWare Online users.

1. Log on to our Support Site. Contact Artronix Tech Support if you do not know your login user name or password.
2. On the Customer Support page, click the My Online Users button.
3. On the FreightWare Online Users page, click the Add New User link at the bottom of the page.
4. On the popup form, enter the user's first and last name and then click the Add User link.
5. Once the user is created, an email will be sent to the administrative contact with the new user's login information.
